We actually are and this is one of Dave's primary requirements for all team members. Dave has been a ham radio operator since 1971 and has many friends he met via business that go way back to the early 80s (remember the Ham Trader Yellow Sheets?). The motto for the team is treat everyone like you would want to be treated and make no promises you can't support or back up. It is really very simple.
