Returns

We are very happy to accept returns on most items. We have a 30 day return window once item is delivered to the buyer. Non returnable items will be marked as non returnable or final sale on the item page. A RMA is required in order that we know what it is when the item arrives back so please use the "Contact US" link and request a RMA. Some returns may incur a restocking fee of up to 25%. We will also need the receipt or a legible copy of the receipt with the return so we know who it is from and what it is. The return will need to be unused and in the condition in which it was shipped. Returns that are damaged or missing contents may be denied the return or have a fees deducted. Please pack the returned item or items carefully. We suggest you insure and use tracking in case of loss as we are not responsible for return loss or damage. 

Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer and the original outbound shipping is not refundable.  Postage due returns will be returned to sender. The only exception is if the fault is ours and that will be determined solely by our review of your request and handled fairly.
