Dave Fant Company of Arkansas Inc. sells its products and brands only through the official websites and marketplace accounts listed below.
We do not appoint dealers, distributors, affiliates, franchisees, sales representatives, or authorized drop shippers. Unless a website or marketplace account appears on this page, it is not an authorized seller or representative of our company or brands.
Unauthorized Websites and Listings
Product photographs, descriptions, specifications, trademarks, business information, and other website content are frequently copied and used without permission. Unauthorized domestic or international websites and marketplace sellers may use this material to create listings that appear to be associated with us.
An unauthorized seller may:
- Claim falsely to be an authorized seller, dealer, distributor, or representative;
- Display our trademarks, product photographs, descriptions, or specifications without permission;
- Offer an inferior, substituted, altered, used, damaged, or counterfeit product;
- Accept payment for merchandise the seller does not possess;
- Purchase an item from us only after receiving the customer’s order and have it shipped to the customer without our knowledge; or
- Charge an inflated price for an item available through one of our official sales channels.
Some inaccurate listings may result from an honest mistake or a seller’s lack of technical knowledge. Nevertheless, copied or inaccurate listings can cause confusion regarding product identity, connector type, specifications, compatibility, condition, origin, and warranty coverage.
Unauthorized Resale and Drop Shipping
We do not authorize third parties to purchase our products for resale or drop shipment. A purchase made through an unauthorized seller is a transaction between the customer and that seller—not a transaction between the customer and Dave Fant Company of Arkansas Inc.
Products purchased from unauthorized sellers may not qualify for warranty coverage, returns, refunds, replacements, technical assistance, or other customer service from us. Any rights or remedies must generally be pursued with the seller from whom the purchase was made.
A product advertised elsewhere as “new” may be a genuine product being resold, but the listing and seller are not authorized by us. We cannot verify or guarantee the product’s authenticity, source, age, condition, storage, handling, completeness, specifications, modifications, or warranty eligibility.
Used and open-box products may also be legitimately resold by their owners. Such resale does not make the reseller an authorized dealer or create any affiliation with us.
