Dave Fant Company of Arkansas Inc., doing business under the names identified in our Privacy Policy, Terms, and Conditions, does not sell customer lists or personal information for money.

California law may define “selling” or “sharing” personal information more broadly than receiving money for customer data. “Sharing” may include certain disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Based on our present business size and data-processing activities, we do not believe Dave Fant Company of Arkansas Inc. is presently subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). We therefore do not presently provide a separate CCPA opt-out mechanism.
