QMA SMB SMC Connectors - The QMA connector is the quick connector design to replace the SMA connector which is a threaded connector. The QMA is quick lock version and designed to snap on. The QMA connector will follow the Male and Female convention. The size of the connection is physically smaller and the cable/connector can rotate to make routing easier. The SMB connector is a SubMiniature Version B and a bit small than a SMA. The SMB connector will NOT be a Male or Female, but will be a Plug and Jack. The Plug will have a female basket in the housing and the Jack will have the RF pin. The SMB is a snap on coupling. The SMC connector is a SubMiniature Version C connector and like the SMB will NOT be called a Male or Female, but rather a Plug and Jack, again with the Plug having the female basket in the housing and the Jack having the RF pin.
