Shipping
At this time, we are not accepting international orders due to ongoing changes and uncertainty involving customs requirements, tariffs, and required documentation. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Shipping charges are displayed in the shopping cart after you enter your delivery address.
We normally ship Monday through Friday, subject to our daily order cutoff time. Our cutoff is generally between noon and 1:00 p.m. Central Time, although it may vary slightly. Orders placed after the cutoff will generally ship the next business day. Some orders may require additional processing time.
We are closed and do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Shipping may also be interrupted by severe weather, storms, internet or power outages, and other circumstances beyond our control. We cannot ship using a customer’s or third party’s carrier account.
From time to time, we attend professional events and hamfests. It is our intention to always let you know via a pop up window if we are away. We will always tell you how long and when your order will ship if we are away.Â
Shipping Delays and Lost Parcels
A missed estimated delivery date does not necessarily mean that a parcel is lost. Weather, carrier backlogs, labor disruptions, misrouting, and other circumstances can cause delays.
We generally do not consider a parcel lost until at least 20 calendar days have passed since shipment with no tracking scan or other activity showing movement. You are welcome to contact us before that time, and we will review the tracking information and assist when possible. However, the carrier may require additional time before officially declaring the shipment lost or allowing a claim to be filed.
Shipping Methods
When Standard or Flat Rate Shipping is selected, the shipping method and carrier will be chosen at our discretion based on the order, destination, package requirements, and available services.
Signature and Delivery Requirements
Some orders may require a signature or adult signature based on factors such as the order value, package contents, destination, or other shipping and security considerations.
Some carriers, including UPS, may redirect a package to a nearby carrier Access Point when no one is available to receive it. If this occurs, the customer may be required to pick up the package at that location and provide identification or other information required by the carrier.
When available, we may use carrier tracking information and GPS-based delivery coordinates to help investigate reports of non-delivery.
If you experience a delivery or tracking problem, please contact us before filing a carrier claim. We can often obtain more complete information because we are the shipper, and a separately filed claim may delay or interfere with our ability to assist you. We will review the available information and advise you of any steps you may need to take with the local carrier or delivery office.
Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to decline shipment to certain addresses or destinations. We may also decline to ship particular items because of carrier restrictions, packaging limitations, safety concerns, or hazardous-material regulations.
Returned or Undeliverable Parcels
Please verify that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.
Packages returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal, failure to pick up the package, or another delivery issue will be handled as a standard return after we receive them. The original outbound shipping charge is generally not refundable. Any additional carrier charges incurred for returning or redirecting the package may also be deducted from the refund when applicable.
