Shipping

Shipping Rates are shown in the cart. When we offer standard shipping there may be some items that will not be able to ship without added shipping costs due to weight or size or needing multiple boxes. This will be noted in the description of the item. We will contact you via email for your approval for any added shipping and payment instructions if needed.

We strive to ship Monday - Friday subject to our order cutoff time. Our cutoff time is typically around NOON to 1PM CST and can vary a bit time wise. Orders placed after the order cutoff time will generally ship the next "business" day. Some orders will take slightly longer to process and ship. Please note we are closed and do not ship on weekends. We cannot ship on US Holidays and our shipping schedule may be interrupted by weather events, storms as well as other things such as internet outages, power outages and calamities beyond our control. We cannot ship on or use shipping accounts of others.

Transit Delays and Expectations - We do not consider a parcel lost until 20 calendar days have elapsed since it was shipped and having NO tracking activity or scan showing movement. We generally know from years of experience, having great carrier representatives and tools whether a parcel is lost, simply delayed or mishandled or misrouted. Missed estimated delivery times are not considered lost. While we ship extremely fast and do want your order to reach you in a timely manner we also know that there will be some delays due to weather, strikes, you name it. USPS is a good example, as of 7-8-2024, USPS is still in their modernization program called "Delivering For America" which is a ten year modernization plan. During which time there can be transit delays (noted as "arriving late" in the tracking) and missed estimated delivery dates as they change just about every aspect of their routing and operations. Many times USPS will route a parcel in what seems to us non-USPS folks all around the country and to us the routing will look completely silly, but it makes sense to them. If you are time sensitive to delivery times or dates, we would suggest you select an expedited service or UPS. 

Standard shipping shall be at our discretion as to shipping method and carrier

We reserve the right to require an adult signature on parcels and restrict delivery to specific people and some orders may require it. We also use the carriers scan tool GPS based coordinates for delivery verification purposes when possible for claims of non delivery. While we will assist as much as we can to help you concerning the transit and parcel, it is your responsibility to contact the delivering carrier for any issues specifically concerning your address as we cannot speak to carriers about those issues, for example - no mailbox, mailbox blocked, no one home, etc. 

We reserve the right to decline to ship to certain addresses or countries, or decline to ship certain items due to packaging or restriction or hazard. 

For international shipments we do NOT falsify customs documents by sending or marking as a "Gift".  Any customs, taxes or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer to determine and pay as required

Returned parcels due to bad address, refused, etc are considered a standard return once received back. Please ensure that you have entered the correct address on your order.
