All regular orders must go through via the website cart. Due to security requirements we cannot accept orders via phone, email or other methods outside of the website cart system. This is for your security and ours as well as our inventory and order system. The website cart is very secure, safe and easy to use. 

International orders cannot be processed via the cart. We manually process international orders if approved. Please use the contact us form to determine if we ship to an international country. Any order placed via the cart from outside the US may be held or canceled regardless of payment method. 

Our contact method is via email. We are here Monday - Friday unless it is a holiday or we have a special event, weather event, utility outage, etc. We also use an on-call team member to answer emails after hours, holidays and weekends at non-specific times. If you need to send a pic or image, please use this contact us form and once we reply you can send it to us at that time. 

Quantities available, prices and any available quantity discounts are shown on the item's page. Some items have a quantity discount and some do not. We do not offer any further discounts than what is shown. Out of stock items will not show on the website until back in stock.

Philmore brand quantities are only available as shown on the item page. Unfortunately we will not have more Philmore products and we cannot order more. In time we replace the Philmore products with a comparable item. 

Replacement parts and pieces for connectors such as RF pins, nuts, washers, etc are generally not stocked. We do stock crimp ferrules. Each order is carefully checked when shipped for all parts. They are easy to drop and lose when opening packages. RF pins and small parts can easily hide in the connector body and not be visible from outside the packaging.

We ask in order to serve you timely and give the best response that you send any questions via this contact form instead of asking us to call you or you call us. We do realize some folks just don't want to use email and we are sorry if you can't give it a try, however email is our method and we promptly respond. Email allows our team to better serve you time wise and know what we talked about in later exchanges. It works and it is fast and efficient. Note - Nothing is more frustrating to you and us to send a email reply and it bounces back or getting emails saying "why are you not answering my email" type questions to emails we have answered. We answer all emails. If you are not receiving replies please check you email spam folder. Some emails are also problematic and the solution is to give us a different email address to reply to rather than repeatedly sending "why are you not answering type emails". We understand this is frustrating to you and us so if you are not receiving replies, please check your spam folder. Unlike other companies who never answer you back, we do answer emails in a timely manner so if you are not receiving a response please check your spam folder(s) or look for some reason you are not getting the response. If you cannot find a response after looking for a reasonable time, please email us again and we will try another method to get the email response to you.

If you use a email spam filter system please know we answer all emails, however we cannot click links or reply to emails from your spam filter system to become a trusted email sender or to be added into your spam blocker as it is a security issue.
