Orders: All U.S. orders must be placed through the website cart. We cannot accept orders by telephone or email. VPN use, non-U.S. payment methods, or unusual order details may result in review or cancellation. We are not presently accepting international orders.

Contact: Email through the Send a Message link above is our contact method. We normally respond Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, weather events, utility outages, and other interruptions. To send a photograph, submit the form first and attach the image after we reply.

ARRL.net Email Addresses: Many of us in the amateur radio community use and appreciate our ARRL.net email addresses. However, because ARRL.net addresses use an email forwarding service, they can occasionally experience delivery problems with today’s increasingly strict email security systems. When placing an order with W5SWL or sending us a message, we recommend using a direct email address (such as Gmail, Outlook, or your internet provider) whenever possible. This helps ensure that your order confirmations, shipping notices, and our replies reach you reliably.

Prices and availability: Current prices, available quantities, and quantity discounts are shown on each product page. We do not offer additional discounts. Please use the website search rather than sending shopping lists. Out of stock items will not show on the website until back in stock.

Philmore products: Available quantities are limited to what is shown. We cannot obtain additional Philmore inventory, although comparable products may eventually be offered.

Connector parts: Individual RF pins and similar pieces generally are not stocked separately, although we do stock many crimp ferrules and nuts. Please open packages carefully because small RF parts may be hidden inside a connector body or easily dropped.
