AEMC Instruments, Model SD652. The 652 has a Double Insulated 5ft lead with safety banana plug. Nice and in the box, this device has a current range of 1 to 1000 Amp AC. The output signal is 1 mv AC/A AC (1 Volt equals 1000 Amps). Very nice sensor. Sold AS-IS AS-FOUND for parts or repair with no return due to parts swappers.
