Neoprene has a good chemical stability and flexibility over a wide range of temperatures and is also resistant to oil, heat, light and oxidation. Moderately resistant to ozone and UV light. This works better on a vehicle's surface and the 60 Duro rating still allows it to slightly conform to weather pitting of the paint and irregular conditions of the car's body surface better!
