Unused PolyPhaser AL-LSXM-ME is a broadband RF surge protector designed for applications where low loss, strong surge handling, and consistent RF performance are required. This unit utilizes a filter-based suppression design with DC block, making it ideal for systems requiring DC isolation while maintaining RF continuity.
Operating across a 2 GHz to 6 GHz frequency range, the AL-LSXM-ME delivers excellent electrical performance, including low insertion loss (typically 0.1–0.2 dB) and VSWR in the range of approximately 1.2:1 to 1.3:1, ensuring minimal impact to system efficiency when installed inline.
The unit is built on a 50-ohm impedance platform and supports low power RF applications (approximately 10 watts CW), making it well suited for receive paths, low-power transmit systems, and sensitive RF front-end protection.
For surge protection, it is rated at approximately 10 kA (8/20 µs waveform), providing effective defense against lightning-induced transients and electrical surges.
